Since launching BravoShop almost a year and a half ago, we have seen a lot of different types of online businesses, who were interested in launching their own mobile app.
However - when looking at the businesses who actually succeed with a mobile app, one specific industry stands out: Fashion and apparel.
This should be no surprise. The industry is very competitive, so brands need a way to stand out and keep customers coming back. An app is a great way to do just that. Additionally, many fashion brands utilize regular drops, where products are released at specific times, and with limited availability. In that case, an app helps keep customers engaged.
For those reasons, we have decided to double down on the fashion and apparel industry. This means focusing on the following areas:
- Customization options to make the app more closely match a brand's identity and aesthetic
- Better support for the way customers buy clothing and accessories online, including better order tracking and return/exchange support
- Tools to help brands engage customers more effectively
- Better support for massive product catalogs and a wide range of merchandising options
- As always: Listen closely to feedback
Additionally, our marketing efforts will be focused on the fashion and apparel industry, with a special focus on brands looking to build deeper relationships with their customers.
To existing non-fashion customers
To our existing customers not in the fashion industry: Don't worry, we are still here.
We won't be removing any of our existing features, and we won't be dropping support for non-fashion brands. Many of the features we will launch, and many of those we have already launched, will benefit you whether or not you are in the fashion industry.
We will continue to help you get the most out of your app, and provide excellent support for your business.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
