It's not easy to top last month's announcement. After working intensely to ship the Customization Update, we spent March doing some spring cleaning of the platform.
Improved push targeting
Sending targeted push notifications is one of BravoShop's great strengths. It allows you to tailor the your offers to specific customer segments - easily.
However, defining customer segments as "customers who have viewed product X" is a bit of a simplification. An oversimplification.
Therefore: When targeting customers based on products or categories viewed, you can now select multiple.
Not a huge change, but definitely a step in the right direction.
If you have thoughts or feedback regarding push targeting, please feel free to reach out. We are always happy to hear your input.
