Customizing App Store Emails

By defaul, Apple sends a lot of emails regarding your app. In this guide, you will learn how to customize which emails you receive.

  1. Go to App Store Connect and sign in
  2. In the top right corner, click on your company name, then click "Edit Profile"Select Edit Profile in App Store Connect
  3. Scroll down to the "Notifications" section. Here, you can customize which email notifications you want to receive.
    We usually recommend turning off App Status Reports, as this email is sent frequently and does not require your input. It is purely for informational purposes.
  4. Turn off a notification by clicking the "x"Click the x to turn off specific emails
  5. Remember to save your changes
